generalchels: Meet the man of the merienda hour in UP — Mang Larry. He’s a hands-on businessman, as what I have observed. He takes orders of customers and welcomes them with warm smile. He’s very famous to UP alumni and students, also those from different universities and to the other fanatics of UP and Street Foods who intentionally visit Peyups just to indulge themselves with isaw. And even though we can say that he’s untouchable when it comes to the street foods scene — he remained to be a low-profile type of person and I admire him for that. I was amazed how they take orders in and out smoothly — in a fast and organized matter, that’s probably brought about by his experience of being a renowned vendor in the busy university for more than two decades now.
